Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of MediTour Korea ("Service"), operated by MediTourKorea Co., Ltd. ("Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its users.

1. "Service" refers to the Korean medical tourism platform providing information and booking intermediary services for hospitals, hotels, vehicles, and interpretation.
2. "User" refers to any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
3. "Member" refers to a person who has completed membership registration by providing personal information.
4. "Partner" refers to a business operator that has signed a partnership agreement with the Company to provide services on the platform.

1. The Company may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified at least 7 days (30 days for material changes) prior to the effective date.
2. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Registration is available via social login (Google, KakaoTalk). Applicants must be at least 14 years of age.
2. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
3. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Company provides the following services: hospital/medical facility information and booking; accommodation, transportation, and interpretation booking; medical tourism consultation; user reviews and ratings.

1. Bookings are confirmed upon completion of the booking process and payment.
2. Prices displayed at the time of booking apply and may include taxes and surcharges.
3. Confirmation will be sent via email or in-app notification.

1. Cancellation and refund policies of individual Partners apply. The table below shows general guidelines.

1. The Company is not liable for medical outcomes, malpractice, or adverse effects from services provided by Partner institutions.
2. Users must consult with the attending physician before any procedure and understand all risks involved.
3. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to your medical trip.

Users may not: impersonate others; disrupt Service operations; collect or distribute Service content without authorization; post harmful, obscene, or defamatory content; engage in unauthorized commercial activities.

All content and intellectual property on the Service belongs to the Company. Users grant the Company a non-exclusive license to use user-submitted content (reviews, photos) for Service operations and promotion.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the Seoul Central District Court.
